Sydney Consignment

GISBORNE, Last Night. A consignment of four stud Polled Hereford cattle left Gisborne this morning en route for Sydney, where they will be exhlbited at the Royal Show before going to their new home in the Goulburn district. The cattle, which corpprise three cows and one bull, are from Mr. F. E. Humphreys' Wilencote stud, the pioneer Polled Hereford stud in New Zealand, and have been sold to Dr. Guy A. Pockley, Sydney, for his Pylara etation, . Goulburn. The three cows were, sired by Royal Gem, the first Polled Hereford bull to be impoitedinfo New Zealand. The consignment left Wilencote by rnotor lorry this morning to connect with the train at Taneatua for Auckland, where they will be shipped on board the Awatea to-morrow. On arrival in Sydney, they will be shown in the Royal Show under "their new owner's namc.
