8 6 His Honour, Mr. Justice Ostler, reserved his decision in the case -at the Supreme Court, Napier, yesterday, when he -was asked to adjudicate in a case of the assessment of debts owing to the estate of the late George Richard Beamish, of Hawke '« Bay, sheep-farmer, by his three sons who are now the administrators of the estate. Conflicting assessments of the debt'by the appellants and the Commissioner of Starap Duties resulted In the case being brou'ght to the Supreme Court.
