NAPIER DEBT CASES
Judgment fpr plaintiffs by default was given by Mr. J. Miller, S.M,, in the following actions for debt at the Napier Magistrate 's Court this morning; G. E. Merrick >v. C. Moore £2 18/-, costs £1 12/0; Harriett O. Smale v. Keith Beale £8 2/6, costs £1 8/6; Anderson and Hansen Ltd., v. W. Surrell £6 16/6, costs £10 10/6. On judgment summonses, L. J. Hudson was ordered to pay Johu Humphries (as attorney for J. T. Todd) £3 2/forthwith, iu default three days' imprisonment; and H. H. Worlcmau was ordered to pay the Standard Trading Oo., Ltd., £8 10/9 and solieitor's fee 15/6 forthwith, iu default 10 days' imprisonment.
