Mr H. N. Stewart's Loss

TIKOKINO, Last Night. On Friday morning last Mr. H. N. Stewart sustained a heavy loss by fire when the buildings erected by hiin near the wool-shed, an.d used by shearers and others working. on the station, were totally destroyed. Fortunately the wind had changed round, which enabled the fine wool-shed to be saved. The fire mnst have been smouldering for some time, and it startcd in one of th'a buildings nnoccupied, not in the one which had been used by the boy who assists with cows, and other jobs. He has lost everything by the fire, which swept away adjacent buildings to the one in which the conflagration started.
