Pope Will Probably Ignore Tradition CARDINAL MAY BE SENT (Received % 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, March 1The Telegraph' s Vatican City correspondent learns that the Pope has deeided to send a special Ooronation mission to London and may appoint the Cardinal resident in Rome as his envoy extraordinary, thus hreaking the tradition that the Holy See which does not send a prince of the Church even to the Coronation of a Catholic sovereign. 0 It is pointed out that Angjlo-Yatican relations are exoeedingly cordial, The envoy will not participate in the religious ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
