KERERU SURPRISE PARTY TO FAREWELL RE3IDENT The president' and members of the Kereru Women 's Institute took a surprise party to Miss Anderson, of Poporangi Station, on Saturday last. A very pleasant afternoon was spent in competitions and games. Afternoon tea was served in the dining-room which was bca'utifully decorated with ewee.tpeas. After tea Mrs C. G. Averill, on behalf of the members, wished Miss Anderson, who is shortly leaving for a visit to the Home Country, farewell and bon voyage, presenting Miss Anderson with a traveiling cushion hnd book from the Institute as a mark of their esteem and affection.
