PALMERSTON N., This Day. ■^he Hawke Cup match was resumed in dull weather. Manawatu lost the first wicket in the second over of the morning, but thereafter McVicar and Moloney batted steadily to carry tho total to 139, when Moloney was caught. Gallichan joined McVicar and continued the bright batting .display. At lunch the score was 168 for two wickets. Details:— HAWKE 'S BAY.
