1 — : _ a. .. (Received 27, 1.30 p.m.) EDMONTON, Feb. 26, The Duke of Windsor has notified the Government that he intends to sell his Alberta ranch and is asking the status of oil and mineral rights. The Government adopted an Order-in-Council declaring that the rights - aret not transferable for ten years.
