MOTION FOR INJUNCTION
Dr. Berry's Application to Court It is revealed that Deloro the meeting oi the Hospital Board yesterday a motion for an interim injunction against the board had been filed in the Supreme Court by Mr A. E. Lawry, as counsel for Dr. J. Allan Berry. The motion was desigiied to restrain the board from pasging a fesolution of dismissal if fewer than the requlaitfi ntimber of eight board members out of ten had voted in favouf of the motion. Dr. Berry, during the aftetnoon, arranged for the chairman to be informed of the pending' proccediogs so that he would not be talcen by stlrprise. As the subsequent ruling from tho chair that the motion wae not carried hv a sufficient majority is in accordance with Dr. Berry 's counsel 's opinion, it is unlikely that the matter will be taken further at this atfiga,
