Frozen Milk.
After several years oi experimental work the TJnited i^tates . Bureau of Industry announces a method of keepI ing milk fresh for long periods by a simple process of conqentrating and frepzing it. The prpceqs has been patented and dedicated to. the public. The bureau . heheves that tfie process will alford a practical means of providing good quality milk for flujd use I on hoard ships and in distant places I where a supply of freshi milk is unphtainable or inadequate. Recent trial I shipments of concentrated frozen milk I have been made to the Oanal . Zone, j where quantities were dispensed daily 1 to consumers over a period pf a month 1 or more.
