Fire in Wairoa Bowling Club's Payilion

WAIEOA, This Day. The fire brigade got a call at 1.30 this morning to the pavilion of the Wairoa Bowling Club, at North Clyde. The brigade was quickly on the spot, the outbreak being located in the ladies' section of the pavilion, and one room wais completely gutted. The buiiding was insured for £100, and this may possibly cover the damage done. In the mev 's portion £300 worth of bowls was stored, but all escaped damage.
