Freezing Worker's Knife > Slips fnjuries to the eye were suffered by An empioyee of the Tomoana Freezing Works yesterday when a knife wweh he was using slipped and inflicted a gash. The injured man, a Mr Cockburn, of Havelock North, was immediately removed to the Hastings Soldiers' Memorxal Hospital, and, after receiving attention, was taken to the Napier Hospital. .Xnquiries made to-day revealed that he was making satisfactory progress, hut no information was availjtble of the extent of the iniurv
