(Beeeiyed 26, 1.55 p.m.) MARSEILLES, Feb. 25. The Llandovery Castle, proceeding- to Marseilles with 300 passengers, struck a mine at Oape Cerbere, wHere the FrancoSpanish frontier joins the coast, resulting- in an explosion forward which caused a heavy list. The vessel is threatened by iiooding in No. 1 and No, 2 holds. The vessel is hove-to outside Port Vendres, which she reached ninder her own steam. Iiaunches are standing by to take off the passengers if necessary.
