HASTINGS CLUB EXECUTIVE
Mr J. 0. Taylor presided over a good attendance at the montHly meeting of the committee of the Hastings Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club. Mr W. Lockheadi was nppointed manager of the Hastings team chosen to compete at the Hawke 's Bay-Poverty Bay centre championships on. Saturday. Arrangements were made for a Railway bus to leave the Post Office at 1 p.m. sharp for the cpnveyance of tho athletes. 1 It was decided to entertain the teams which competed at the inter-house" sports at a dinner, to be followed by a theatre, on Wednesday, l^arch 3.
