Heffernan.in the • Havelock North district, the Havelock North Town Board have arranged a publio presentation to him and Mrs Heffernan to take place on Friday in the Town Board Hall. The public of Havelock and district are cordially invited and the opportunity is being taken ta welcome the new police officer. i
