Te^ts Show Inferiority to Men (Received 24, 8.45 a.m.) .LONDON, Feb. 23. The average man is a better driver than the average woman, according to Sir Cyril Hurcomb when speaking in London. Thirty per cent. of women faiied the official tests compared with 22 per cent. of men.
