TWO FINE FEATURES One of the most delicious screen comedies of the decade, "Lottery Lover," screens at the Municipal to-mght. This b'ox Film comedy-romance is tbe story of a gallant crew of young cadets, enjoying their fist leave in Paris. One of theix number, the on ly girl-shy fellow in the lot, wins the lottery which they have organised. With it he wins their pooled resources, the right to woo the glamorous darling of the "Follies Bergere" — and the iady's garter as his calling card. The notable east includes Lew Ayres, "Pat" Paterson, Peggy Fears, Keginald Denny, Alan Dinehart, Walter King, Sterling Holloway and Nick Foran. "The County Chairman," also at the Municipal, shows Will llogers more mirthful, human and engrossing than "David Harum," "Handy Andy'' or "Judge Priest." "The County Chairman', has been adapted from George Ade^s famous stage play of a generation ago and deals with small-town politics back at the turn of the century. Their colourful personalities, their frenzied rallies, their intense feeling made of them a very different "game" from politics to-day — condueted with reserve and dignity via the radio.
