Poland Will Concentrate on Defence PARLIAMENT CURTAILED

In a speech broadcast throughout Poland; Colonel Adam Koo, Oommander of Legionaires, announoed a new political platform for the oonsolidation of all Polish constructive* forces which has been drawn up at the orders d£ Marshal Edward Rydz gmigly, tlke military dictator. Qolonel Koo received an attentive hearing in the open air despite a heavy snowstorm. He spoke through a loud speaker. Th© programme will limit Parhamentary powers, concentrate on defence, proteot Catholicism and utterly oppose Csmmunism. Colonel Koc avoided violent antiSemitism urged 'by the Right Wing bnt a steady anti-Jewish economie drive is expected. Opposition parties do not favour the programme.
