JOLLY PARTY FOR MISS BONNIE SIMSON
X ' Many friends of Miss Bonnie Simson, who is to be married early in March to Mr Tom Gatenby, met to wish her mueh happiness, in the future, at a jolly 5-till-7 party given by Mr and Mrs 0. Krogh at their home in Frederick street, Hastings. The spacious drawing-room was arranged with beautiful flowers, gladioli, brignt zinnias and hydrangeas, while on a small table was an artisticallyarranged bowl of pink and blue flowers and maidenhair fern. Mrs Krogh received ihe guests as they arrived. She wore a model gown of patterned chiffon in petunia shades with t'ouches of lime green, and a shortaleeved coateo of the same material. Miss Bonnie Simson's smart little suit was of navy quilted cloque with wide stitched belt, the neck being edged with a pleated frill of silver lame with a jabot in front. She wore a s&ouldar spray of lovely deep red carnations, nerines and fern, the gift of her hostess. A toast to Miss Bonnie Simson and Mr Tom Gatenby was proposed by Mr Erogh, and those present jojned in einging ' 1 1'or They Are Jolly Good i!iellows.', Mr Tom Gatenby, in reply, thanked his host for his many kind remaxks.
