Hastings, containing Twenty aq.d •ighty-nine one-hundredths (20 89-100) porches being part of Lots 158 and 159 on Deeds Plan 83 and all the land comprised in Certificate of Title H.B. Volume 95 folio 156 (Hawke 's Bay Registry). ^b) THAT the Council surrender to the said Power Board a portion of the Right-Qf-way at present used by the Borough • Council and leading from Eastbourne Street to the xear of .the Hastings Municipal Theatre, the portion to be surrendered being a strip Six (6) feet wide and adjoining the land described in ihe above cnentioned Certificate of Title. |e) THAT the Council grant to the said Power Board a permanent Right-of-way over a strip of land twelve (12) feet wide situated at the rear of the Hastings.
