MATRIC. CANDIDATES HOLD JOLLY PARTY

Last evening a very happy little party was held at the residence of Mr and Mrs F. A'Deane, Windsor Hill Waipawa, when some 30 young people gathered at the invitation of Mrs A'Deane in honour of the successful candidatee in the recent matriculation examination. The evening passed gaily'with games and dancing, and all thoroughly enjoyed themselvos. A dclicious supper was later served by Mrs A'Deane, after which the gingmg of Auld Lang Syne 'brought a very happy evening to a close.
