Programme of Two-Day Games Resumed The mid-wcek crickot in Hastings was continued at Nelson Park yesterday, when the programme of two-'lay matches was resumed. There way good scoriug iu both games -yesterday, the nieeting of Methodist and West End providing an unusual coinoidenco in that each side score 176, though West End have lost only three wickels. In the other game Heretaunga compiled tbo excellent aggregate of 299, Giorgi contributing 98. United in reply have lost. one wicket for 99 runs. Details of the games are as follow: West End v. Methodist. — Batting first Methodist inade 176 (Wilkius 97, Linyard 20, Davidson 15, Curry 13 not out; Halligau four for 63).. In reply West End liave lost three wickets for 176 runs (Halligan 95 not out, Wilcock 35, M eDonald f27 uot out, Tacou 15). , Heretaunga v. United). — The foriner were dismissed for 299 (Giorgi 98, Rouse 59, Waymouth 51, Bligh 26 Mitchell 22 not out, Kit 14; Dunn thi for 16, Brimer three for 103). ^ Btumps United had lost one wicket foi 99 runs (Fowler 22 not out, Swftllow I 11, Mahoney 10 uot out).
