Britain Preparing LONDON, Feb. i6. Imperial Airways, commenting on the United States decision to provide finance for a trans-Atlantic air servxce, has issued a statement that a British company is expected to operate experimefital mail services by ,the time America is Te'ady to(begin. The establishment of a passenger service wiil follow as soon as possible.
