(By 1'elezraph— PresB Assoeiation.) INVERCARGILL, Last Night. The steeplechaser Mayam, while being schooled this morning, fell on landing over a brush fence and broke a leg He was destroyed. Blazon was his matf and apparently the pair came into :sion on landing.
