Arrested While Holding-up Restaurant SHORT, HEOTC CAREER NEW YORK, Feb. 15. The brief but spectacular crime career of "The Woman in Black" ended to-day with the arrcst Of a 25-year, attractive woman who gave the name of Norma Parker. She was seized when, armed with a toy pistal, she was robbing a restaurant. A scar on her upper Iip and a black costuine branded her as the woman who had eingle-handed held up (several pvominent Broadway restaurants in the past three weeks, escaping .with small sums of money while the eating-houses were fully patronised.
