Steering Gear Jammed (Received 17, 12,25 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 16. The Admiralty reports that the destroyers Active, Worcester and Antelope were involved in a collision olf Hurdbank, Malta. The Active 's steer-ing-gear became jammed >and she collided with the Worcester, both beittg damaged. The Antelope suffered slight (ia-mage, All are retuming to harbour under their own steam.
