THE AORANGI
Extensive Alterations Following the neconstruction, which was carried out in 1935, of the firstclass accommodation on the C. Deck of of the Canadian Australasian liner Aorangi, advantage has been taken of her overhaul which is now in progress at Sydney to make extensive improvements in the first class cabins on the two lower decks, (D and E, so as to bring them into keeping with the remodelled accommodation on the upper decks. Practically all the rooms on these two decks have been reconstructed, either baving been enlarged in size or a reductjon made in the number of beds or berths, while additional furnishings have been provided and tbe accommodation renovated throughout. As a result of these alterations the vessel's first-class accommodation will now, in addition to 21 two-bed and 3 one-hed cabines de luxe, include 75 cabins for one passenger each and a large number of cabins for two passengers. The Aorangi will Jeave Sydney on Thursday February 18, and Auckland on Tuesday, February 23, for Suvk, Honolulu, Victoria (B.C.), and Vancouver.
