HOSPITAL STAFFS
Appointmente and Transfers Several new appointments to and transfers on the staffs of the public hospitals of Hastings and Napier were made during January. They were mentioned by the matron, MisB L. M. Croft, in her monthly report to the Hawke's Bay Hospital Board. Staff-Nurse Giles, of the Hastings Memorial Uospital, has been transferred to the maternity annexe at Hastings, while Staff-Nurses Saunders, Dy*s»rt and Allan have been appointed to the Hastings • Memorial Hospital. Nurse Simmonds has resigned from the staff in order to take up her general training. Nurse Coe, a trainee, has also resignged, and Nurse Tyers has been appointed to fill the vacancy. Charge-Nurse Wilmer has been appointed junior sister at the maternity annexe. At the Napier Public Hospital, Sister Ennis has resigned in order to gain further nursing experience in Australia.
