CANBERRA PREPARES PLANS
OANBEBEA, Feb. 13. The Federal Health Department is preparing plans for a continuous nation- wide ''keep fit" campaign. It will be divided chiefly into two seetions, one for children, conducted through the schools, and the other for adults, conducted principally by means of publicity.
