Second Day's Play In Champion Fours FOURTH ROUND RESULTS The champion fours competition of the Hawke's Bay Bowling Centre was resumed on the Hastings club's gre-n this morning in fine, overcast weather. The green was in good order, though not too fast. At the conclusion of the fourth found (three rounds were played last Saturday at Waipukurau) Venables (Wairere) and Lomas (Bluff Hill) are (eading with four wins each. Engebret6en (Napier) who won three games last Saturday, went under rather badly to Parkinson (Hastings)^ the score being 32—14. Following are the details of the play : — Omarunui (Wilkinson, Brown, McDonald, Oliver) 27 ; Kia Toa (Adamson} Harris, P. Brown, Godber) 11. Port Ahuriri (C. Johnsou, A. Andreassen, R. Boyd, Mayo) 24 ; National tservice (Schofieid, Bowlands, Sloau, Elder) 15. Wairere (Williams, Benton, Wray, Venables) 20 ; Havelock North (Qoombe, Tucker, Crombie, Wilson) 17.
