The, possibility of sewer extension with loah money after the work of the present. sewerage; outfall r-ontraet had been completed was discussed at the committee meeting of the couneil iecentiy, and last evening the couneil approved of the recommendation that the engineer should be instructed to report on the most. pra.cticable areas in which to extend the present sewerage system without puwping.
