0 Allowed to Land at Sydney on Conditions PREFERS TO RETURN - (Received 11, 8.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 10. An elderly woman passenger by the Wanganella from New Zealand yesterday was not allowed to land. Her case was considered to-day at Canberra when it was decided that subject to certain conditions she should be allowed ashore. Wheu the woman was ajiprised of the conditions she intimated that she preferred to return to New Zealand.
