PARTY FOR FUTURE BRIDE AT NAPIER

Miss Margaret Butler, who is shortly to be married was guest of honour and, with a number of her friends, was entertained yesterday afternoon by Miss Neill at her residence'in Priestly road, Napier. Miss Neill received in a very becoming frock of deep sapphire blue ninon, and Miss Butler wore an attractive pastel-green frock with a small black hat. Bowls of virscaria llnd posy bowls of blue and pink hydrangea made a charming decoration in the drawing room, where a delicious afternoon tea was served and all spent a thoroughly enjoyable time. There were present: Miss Neill (hostess), Mrs and Miss Butler, Mesdames F. Williams, J. Parker, D. N. MacDiarmid, N. Greig, T. Bingland, J. Runciman, C. C. Sorrell and L. C. Mendelssohn.
