(Eeceived 10, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 9. It is suggested that the irreconcilability of the viewpoints of Herr Hitler and Mr Anthony Eden may cause a Cabinet reshuffle. The Daily Mail's politicai correspondent points out that Lord Halifax, owing to Mr Eden's absence on the Riviera, is espected to receive Herr von Eibbentrop, German Ambassador, when he calls at the Foreign Oifice shortiy; and says that Mr Eden's decision to take a holiday abroad at a crucial time in international affairs has aroused conflicting reports. It is suggested in politicai circles that Mr Eden has ceased to carry the weight he once did in Cabinet and may we transferred to another department. Owing to his continued" belief in colleCtive action, Sir Saanuel Hoare is mentioned ae his successor. However, the News-Chronicle's Paris correspondent asserts that neither Britain and France have agreed to open independent negotiations with Germany on the subject of colonies, for which reason it is assumed that th© conversations between Horr von Eibbentrop and Lord Halifax will be of little importance.
