Moors and other rebel soldiery lootod houseg and. are reported to have killed many occupants. The first reporte of how the Government troops retired from the conflict came from rebel sources. Subsequent dispatches state that the Government, realising the position was hopeless, ordered the retreat. which was carried out in good order. The troops, with the fculk of their war materials, moved to new positions. where reinforcements will help them, bar further advance. The rebels are jubilant at the success. General Mola declares that the fall of Malaga is the beginning of the end
