Change oi Ownership Mr J. A. Donne, owner and licensee of the well-known Oarlton Club Hotel, has disposed of his interests in that hotel to Mr G. A. Luttrell, late licensee of the Hastings Hotel, at a satisf actory flgura The purchase was completed yesterday, and Mr Luttrell will take over on the 20th. Mr and Mrs Donne, who since their residence in this district seven years ago have made themselves most popular with all classes of the community, intend remainlng in Hastings to live priivately.
