The tea arrangements will be as usuah On and after Monday, February 15, the following alteration in the Hawke's Bay Motor Co's. timetables will come mto operation : — The usual 2 p.m. service from Napier to Gisborne will be' altered to leave Napier at 1.15 p.m. and Wairoa at 5.15 p.m., arriving at Gisborne at 8 p.m. The usual 4.30 p.m. service from Wairoa to Napier will leave Wairoa at o.ii p.m. arriving in Napier at 8.30 p.m. Some idea of the hfgh standard of swimming required to attain tlie top mark of Australian surf work can readily be gained from a study of the racing times of the personnel of the team which will appear at the Maddisou Baths on Tuesday next. Those who will oompete in the 100 yards are J. Miller, K^ Fostef, A. Carnier, A. Hart, J King, "H. Sco.tt and B. Lilly. Tbe times of these swimmers raiige from 57 secs to 61 over 100 yards, and no fewer than five of them can break a minute. 1 11 the 220 yards B. llodgsou, A Fitzgerald, \V . Seott and J.
