PEKING, Feo. 3. Rebel troops at Sianfu court-mar-fcialled and exeeuted tbeir own commander, General Wang Yi-che. A tribunal comprishig bis junior offieers eonvicted him of treason in yieldIng to tbe Nanbing troops without securing political concessions in return. Tbe offieers immediately eiected General Yuh Seuh-ehung, acting-comman-der and issued a manifesto demajniing tbe cessation of tbe civil war igabist CMnese Communists, also urging armed resistanee to Japan and the negctiation of an alliance witli Russia. Tbe rebels declare tbat tbey will noc weeeive furtber orders from Nanbing nntil General Cbang FTsu'eb-Liang is restored to bis post.
