INDEMNITY OFFERED
Mnrder oi Belgian at Madrid BBUSSELS, Feb. 3. The Spanish Government has informed Belgium of its willingness to dek posit one million franes as indemnity to the family of Baron de Borchgrave, who was murdered in December while acting as secretary at the Belgian Embassy, Madrid, but demands that the case be referred to The Hague.
