EX-KING'S INCOME
Opposition to State Supply Developing 'ALTERNATTVE IDEA (Eeceived 5, 8.45 a.ni.) LONDON, Feb. 4. The f'Daily Herald's" diplomatic eorfespondent says that the question whether the Duke of Windsor should be granted an annual income from . the publie funds is creating Ministerial anxiety. The Goverument proposal is that the Dukp of Windsor ;s allowance should be ineluded iTn the iiew civil list, but'it is nOw evident that this will encounter considerable Opposition in the House of Cohinjons, and the Government may be compelled to consider other means. Onp widely supported suggestion is that the King himself should make private provision forNhis brother.
