Mr and Mrs Herbert Elworthy and Miss Elizabeth Elworthy, Craigmore, Timaru, will be visitors to Napier for the Elworthy — Herrick wedding next week. Mrs J. H. Sinclair-Thomson, Hampton House, Timaru, will be a visitor to Napier next week for the wedding of her brother, Mr John Elworthy and Miss Hester Herrick. Mrs W. N. Bond, Miss Marv Bond, Dunrobin, Soutlilandj Miss Elworthy and Miss Nancy Bond, Le Cren's Terrace, Timaru, will also be visitors to Napier for the Elworthy — Herrick wedding. Miss Lovell-Smitli leffc Hastings this morning for Gisborne. Miss Mtiriel South, Napier, is on a visit to her brother and sister at Nuhaka. Mr. and Mrs E. Crarer, Hastings, are visiting Wairoa for the carnival as the guests of Mr and Mrs E. Allison. Mrs Donald Cranko, accompanied by her children; Barhara and John, lias left for Wellington, en route for England. Miss Margafet Batharry, who has been spending a holiday with her mother, Mrs Norman Balliarry, New Plymouth, is now staying with Mrs Ernest Couper, Havelock North. Miss Jean Hall-Kenny has returned to Wellington after spending a holiday in Napier as the guest of Miss Jean Oliver, Station isitreet, Napier. Miss Jean Oliver left yesterday on a holiday visit' to Palmerston North and Wellington.
