(Recexved 4, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 3* The captain has reported te the Admiralty that a Spaaish plane dropped three bombs near the battleship Royal Gak, ©ff Cartagena, on February 2. BritaiU is expected to lodge a protest. A fufther report is awaited becatise it is not Stated whether it Was an insurgent or a Govemment plane.It is reported at Gibraltar that the - plane belohged to the insiirgents. A Madrid message states that the' Royal Oak incident apparently occurred in the cotirse 6f great GovernSi-ent and rebel aCtivity on ihe sonth Coast of Spain. A Govemment plane bombed the rebel cruiser Canarias and later seored numeroUs hits on a concentration of rebel motor lorries at Marbella.
