AUCKLAND, Last Night. The snggestion that the earnings of casual workers should be siipplemented from the Unemployment Fund to bring then ip to' the Ievel of the basie Wage, £3 16/-, is contained in a letter forwarded to the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, by the Auckland Builders ' Uiid General Labdurers' Uhion.
