An example of the art which has been aaade of tourist publieity in European jountries is conta'ined in a nove] and neautiful desk calendar received by a Napier business man from the Municipal Information Office, Budapest. It is in the form of a writing-pad, with an adjustable stand, and each page, coyering a week of the year} contains a different illustration on fine art paper of various Hungarian scenes and pageants. The same man recently received through a friend views of Budapest originating from the information office in Budapest, aud the calendar, is in retum for a letter of thanks he sent. bimilar publications from the same office show the same regard for the artistic .presentation of tourist, -and fravel information.
