Ma,honey presided o.ver a good attendance of delegates. * It was decided to approach ,the Wellington association to see if the times of play for the Gannett Cup, match at Easter couid be arranged to enahle the Hastings playera.to see the M.C.C. v. Wellington game. The -selector, Mr. E. Mitchell, was requested to select the Hastings players for practi'ce. after the next round of matehes. . All -practices were cancelled for Thursday night, Fehruary 4, as No. 2 (Saturday) wieket would be required for Thursday players."
