Throws in Towel Against Neusel
RUGBY, Feb. 2. After he had taken severe punish- . ment the towel of Jack Petei^en, former British Empire heavyweight champion, was thrown in jn the tenth round of a scheduled fifteen-round contest against Walter Neusel (Germany) at Haringay Stadium. This was Neusol's thjrd victory over Petersen. The "Daily Mail's" critic says that Petersen's defeat means that he can never again aspire to the highest boxing honours. He has slipped back alarnx- , ingly «nd his boxing has. gone to pieces.
