(By TelefrraDh-
WELLINGTON, This Day. Charged as a reault of the diecovwy of foetal remains at Hastings, Isabel Annie Aves, Alias Cr&ike, is standing her third trial on seven counta of allegedly using an instrument with the intent to procure a miscarriage. The hearing opened in a cleared Court before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, but publication of ihe proceedings was forbidden. The Judge suggested to the Press, however, that it would be better not to publish the names of the persons directly concerned — the women concerned. "I don't wish to dictate to the Press on quesfcions of taste," he said, "but I recommend strongiy that the nameg should not be published, because there are more ways than one of looking at it, and 1 prefer to leave that to the discretion and good taste of the Press. who in my experieuce do consider the publio jnterest in these matters and also endeavonr to do what is in good taste in these matters." The evidence is proceeding.
