SIoop Leith Departs From Wellington

WELLINGTON, Last Night. Under orders from the Admiralty H.M.S. Leith,, one of the sloops forming part of the New Zealand division of the Royal Navy, has left for an unknown destination in the Pacific. When the matter was xeferred to the Minister of Defence, he declined to comment on an unofficial . suggestion that the vessel is visiting various Pacifio islands which may become of real Value when the Pacific aviation routes become a reality. "H.M.S. Leith is under the control of the Admiralty," stated the Minister, "and I consequently am not in a position to make any comment."
