A boy, Noel Fussell, understood to be a visitor to Auckland, was injured In a apectacular motor accident at Newton tMs morning wben an iceeream truek in wbicb he was riding capsized wbile swerving to avoid a boy on a tricycle. Fussell was cut on tbe bead and aTms and was taken to hospi-. t&L His condition is not serious. Tbe irnck, in capsizing, collided with a parked car. Eye-witnesses state that tbe driver of the truck, in- swerving, saved tbe child from probably serious injury. _
