ACCEPTANCES -for Omarunui llighweight Handicap, Esk Hack Handicap, Sapling Stakes Handicap, Napier Cup Handicap, Autumn Handicap and Redclyffe Hack Handicap. THURSDAY, MARCH 4th, at 8 p.m. Night of First Day's Races. WEIGHTS for all the Second Day's Events will be declared. ACCEPTANCES for all Second Day's Events close at 9 p.m. HACK DEFINITION. No horse shall be eligible to start I* a "Hack" Race which has won a raee of the vulue of £200 or races, of the colleetive value of £400 at tiine of nomination. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races or steeplechases, respectively, shall not render such horse ineligible except ia the special class of race in which it has won such amount.
